Sunday Ajeh is an experienced cost controller with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Cost Controller at Ezdan Palace Hotel since April 2022 and as an F&B Cost Controller at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort since October 2020, Sunday Ajeh has developed extensive expertise in managing costs and preventing errors in procurement and sales processes. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at The Curve Hotel as a Cost Controller, focusing on operational integrity and budget management. Sunday Ajeh holds a National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda, earned between 2004 and 2006.
