Elizabeth Pagnotti, PHR, has over 20 years of experience in customer success and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and formerly a Service Delivery Manager at Eze Castle Integration since July 2020, Elizabeth has a proven track record in operations management, having held multiple roles including Service Delivery Manager, Sr. Operations Manager, and Operations Manager at Alphaserve Technologies® from August 2014 to July 2020.
