Ratna Rajvaidhya

Ratna Rajvaidhya is an experienced Workday Consultant currently employed at EZECloud since March 2021, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experience and culture. Prior to this, Ratna held the position of Zonal Lead for Recruitment and Employee Engagement at Swastika Investmart Limited from June 2017 to September 2019, collaborating with business heads and Central HR to ensure the closure of budgeted positions and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Ratna began the career as an HR Executive and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) from Technocrats Institute of Technology in Bhopal between 2012 and 2014.
