Kunthea VORN is an experienced network operations professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Puthisastra and an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Passerelles numériques Cambodia. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in the Network Operation Center at EZECOM since February 2022, Kunthea has previously held positions such as Senior Network Operation Center at Cambodian SingMeng Telemedia Co.,Ltd. and Network Operations Engineer Level 3 at eintellego Networks. Kunthea's expertise includes controlling help desk systems, task management, troubleshooting customer issues, and quality control in network operations, complemented by extensive collaboration with various vendors and upstream providers in network upgrades and problem resolution throughout a career that spans multiple organizations including Smart Axiata and eintellego Networks (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
