Niral Ramani

Niral Ramani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Niral began their career at Prism I.T. Systems as a BPO Executive, providing virtual assistance to small and medium businesses. Niral then became a Team Leader, overseeing task delegation and work progress reporting.

Niral then joined I-Win Informatics as a Senior Customer Service Executive, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Following this, they worked at TransForm Solution Pvt Ltd as a Senior BPO Executive, providing support to offshore businesses. Niral was later promoted to Quality Analyst, monitoring production data and ensuring adherence to client requirements. Niral also served as a Team Leader- Operations, supervising and managing agents to drive performance.

In 2014, Niral joined eZee Technosys Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Support & Implementation Specialist, providing comprehensive support and installation of software. Niral then became the Regional Head for eZee Goa, leading operations and business development efforts. After that, they served as the Regional Head for Western India, responsible for achieving sales targets and strategic planning. Currently, Niral holds the position of National Head - India, leading and managing eZee's direct sales team and implementing the overall sales strategy for the organization. Niral maintains strong relationships with key customers and identifies new business opportunities.

Niral Ramani completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Information Technology & Systems Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to this, Niral obtained a Bachelor's degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat, with the specific field of study not specified. This degree was earned from 2009 to 2013.
