Xiaoyan Rebecca Fan

Xiaoyan (Rebecca) Fan has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Project Manager at Promotheo AB. In 2008 they moved to Sandvik Materials Technology AB as a Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for on-site coordination, employee training, and was familiar with Lean production and stainless steel tube products and producing process. In 2009 they took on the role of International Sales Manager and Co-Owner at Heng An Fashion Garment Factory in Humen, Dong Guang Province, China. In 2011 they became the Laser Module Marketing & Sales Manager at Elite Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. In 2016 they Co-Founded EzeeShip, where they worked to "Ship more for less". Finally, in 2017 they became the VP Marketing at LearnPlay, Inc. and in 2020 they Co-Founded ShipOut Inc. as the "Co-Founder @ShipOut Inc_ Simple & Efficient".

Xiaoyan (Rebecca) Fan has a background in Electrical Information Technology, having earned a Bachelor's degree from Beijing Information Communication Technology Institute between 2002 and 2006. Xiaoyan(Rebecca ) continued their education, earning a master degree in Information Communication Technology specialized in Entrepreneurship from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2008.
