Osman Küçüksönmez

Osman Küçüksönmez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Osman is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Ezlo Innovation, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Product Manager at the same company from August 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Ezlo Innovation, Osman worked at Advensis Software & Consultancy as a Senior Agile Program Manager from April 2015 to August 2021. Osman played a crucial role in managing agile programs and ensuring effective project management.

Osman also gained experience at Comodo Türkiye, where they served as an Agile Program Manager (Scrum Master) from April 2014 to April 2015. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing the first versions of a SaaS product called Itarian, as well as coaching and supporting multiple teams in agile practices.

Prior to their role at Comodo Türkiye, Osman worked as a Project Management Trainer & Consultant at PEM - Proje Eğitim Merkezi from September 2012 to March 2014. Osman provided training and consulting services in project management.

Earlier in their career, Osman held the positions of Senior Project Program Manager and Software Project Manager at Locksmith Software Technologies from May 2005 to September 2012. In these roles, they led the discovery, analysis, implementation, and delivery of various software projects, including ERP systems, mobile apps, and business intelligence platforms. Osman'sresponsibilities also involved managing a large-scale ERP program for Turkish municipalities.

Throughout their career, Osman has demonstrated their expertise in product management, agile program management, project management, and software development. Osman has worked with various tools and technologies such as Java EE, Struts, Spring, Oracle, .NET, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, PowerBI, SVN, TFS, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.

Osman Küçüksönmez completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bilkent University, from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In November 2017, they earned the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification from IBM. In February 2017, they obtained the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Moreover, in February 2016, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) ™ certification from Scrum.org. Osman also holds a certification as an NLP Practitioner from the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer's Association (INLPTA), earned in January 2011. Lastly, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2010.
