Danny Murphy

Danny Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Danny began their career as a Maths Lecturer at the Dublin Institute of Technology and also worked as a Computer Programming Tutor at Trinity College Dublin. Danny then transitioned into the finance industry, starting at State Street as a Derivatives Analyst and Team Leader, where they played a significant role in the growth and expansion of the derivatives department. Danny later joined Citi Hedge Fund Services as an Assistant Vice President, where they trained a team of analysts and worked closely with investment managers and auditors. In 2010, Danny moved to Citi Hedge Fund Middle Office as a Vice President, leading the build-out of an OTC Middle Office Service for hedge funds and institutional clients. Currently, they are working as the Director of Product Management at EZOPS Inc., an AI-focused fintech firm providing post-trade solutions to financial firms.

Danny Murphy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at Trinity College Dublin from 1996 to 2000. Danny then pursued a Master of Science degree in High Performance Computing at the same institution from 2000 to 2001.
