Courtney Garcia has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Revenue Insights at EZRA Coaching since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales Operations & Revenue Insights at the same company since June 2022. Before joining EZRA Coaching, Courtney worked at Lee Hecht Harrison, where they held multiple roles. Courtney was a Senior Finance Business Partner starting from January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from April 2018 to January 2021. Courtney also held the role of Senior Financial Analyst from April 2017 to April 2018 and started their career at Lee Hecht Harrison as a Financial Analyst from June 2015 to April 2017.
