Deborah Shukyn-Plageman, M.Ed., PCC, ESIA, EIA, CCDP, is the CEO and Founder of PersonaGrata Consulting, established in January 2013, where a coaching framework is utilized to assist organizations and clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. As a co-founder and podcast host for Neurodivergently Coaching, Shukyn-Plageman explores the intersection of neurodivergence and coaching. Additionally, experience as an Experience Advisor and Certified CoachHub Coach and DEI Group Facilitator enhances contributions to various consulting firms, including EZRA Coaching and Bailey & French. Former positions include adjunct faculty roles at Centennial College and George Brown College, where noteworthy programs in stress management and life skills coaching were developed.
