Jennifer Fickeler Ph.d., Pcc

Jennifer Fickeler, Ph.D., PCC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer currently holds the position of Head of Coaching Center of Excellence at EZRA Coaching since 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Washington University in St. Louis as the Director of Human Resources Management Program in University College starting from 2016. Jennifer also served as an Adjunct Faculty in the Human Resources & Industrial/Organizational Psychology Departments at Washington University starting in 2008. From 2009 to 2023, Jennifer worked at LHH, where they held various senior leadership roles such as SVP, Head of Global L&D Delivery Enablement and Global Coaching SME. Jennifer was also responsible for several other roles, including Senior Vice President, Global Master Coach, Senior Vice President, Regional Master Coach, and Vice President, Regional Master Coach. Prior to LHH, Jennifer worked as a Consultant and Executive Coach, where they provided career transition coaching to clients across different levels, and as the President of Fickeler Consulting Enterprises, a firm specializing in organization development programs. Jennifer also held the role of Vice-President at The Solution Partnership, where they focused on innovation consulting, and worked as a Training Manager at Nestle Purina PetCare Company. Jennifer started their career as a Quality Systems Specialist at Nestlé Purina North America.

Jennifer Fickeler, Ph.D., PCC, pursued their tertiary education at several institutions. Jennifer first attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Business, and German. Jennifer went on to Saint Louis University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from 1998 to 2000. Jennifer continued their studies at Saint Louis University and obtained a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also acquired various certifications throughout their career. Jennifer became a Certified Executive Coach through LHH in September 2009. Jennifer obtained certifications in Psychological Safety Accreditation from The Academy of Brain-based Leadership in October 2020 and Hogan Assessor and TALENTx7 Assessor from LHH in April 2021. Jennifer also received a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in April 2021. Moreover, they have completed the Leadership Agility 360 program in March 2017.

Jennifer is also recognized as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation; however, the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are not available.
