Latana Gourbin Phoung

Latana Gourbin Phoung is an accomplished professional in the arts and music management sector, currently serving as the EMEA Coach Network Manager and EMEA Coach Operations Manager at EZRA Coaching since June 2023. Previously, Latana worked as an Artist Manager at City Music Foundation, nurturing emerging musicians across various genres from May 2019 to June 2023. At the Barbican Centre from April 2008 to April 2019, Latana gained extensive experience as the Personal Assistant to the Head of Music and the Programming Coordinator for ECHO Rising Stars, alongside roles as Production Manager and Casual Ticket Sales Advisor. Latana's earlier career includes significant contributions as a Producer for both Glass Ceiling Orchestra and Therese Ramstedt at the Vault Festival, as well as co-founding Musicanima Theatre, dedicated to promoting culture and music to young audiences. A trained mezzo-soprano, Latana graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has performed and collaborated with notable conductors and venues, alongside a solid educational foundation in Art History and Vocal Studies.
