Marcia Buxton

Marcia Buxton is an experienced executive coach, diversity and inclusion leadership consultant, and speaker. Since founding KAMAKA in September 2009, Marcia has specialized in leadership development for women, providing executive coaching for diverse groups and teams as well as supporting those in senior and aspiring leadership roles. Marcia is also involved with Ezra Coaching and Lee Hecht Harrison, focusing on women in leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Marcia serves as Co-Chair for NIA, addressing male violence against women, and has previously been a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Marcia holds advanced degrees in Child Studies and Executive Coaching, underscoring a strong educational background complemented by a diverse professional portfolio.
