Tamara Atkins

Tamara Atkins is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach with 40 years of experience in corporate and external consulting within the HR field. Currently, Tamara serves as an Executive Leadership and Talent Development Coach at Ezra Coaching, focusing on helping leaders realize their potential. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Development Manager at Marathon Oil Corporation, where responsibilities included performance management and curriculum development, and Vice President and Director of Corporate University at Morgan Stanley, where Tamara established a corporate university along with key competency and development systems. Additional roles include Regional Training Manager at Circle K Convenience Stores and Regional Personnel/Training Manager at Lord + Taylor.
