Tara Wilson

Tara Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tara currently works at EZRA Coaching as the Director of Impact Labs since September 2022. Previously, they worked at RBC, where they held various positions such as Human Resources Business Partner from October 2015 to September 2022 and Director of Talent Management from November 2018 to August 2022. Before joining RBC, Tara worked at RBC Investor Services as a Compensation Consultant from August 2012 to October 2015 and as a Compensation Analyst from March 2009 to August 2012. Tara'scompensation experience includes skills in global markets and various aspects of compensation management.
