Ryan Erich Broomé, SE, PE, serves as Principal Structural Engineer at BY Design and Engineering PLLC since April 2024, leading a full-service residential design and engineering firm. Broomé previously held multiple roles, including Principal Structural Engineer and Owner at REB Structural Engineers, PLLC, from December 2018 to April 2024, and Principal Structural Engineer at Realize Structural Engineering, Inc., from October 2015 to December 2018. With extensive experience in structural engineering across various firms, Broomé has worked on projects involving coal transport structures, residential and commercial buildings, and has served as an adjunct instructor at Utah Valley University. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, complemented by coursework towards a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
