Kristina Matiukhina

Kristina Matiukhina has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and data analysis. Kristina is currently employed as a Full Stack Engineer at Ezra since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer at FundThrough from January 2021 to November 2022. Kristina also worked as a Software Engineer at OANDA from May 2020 to January 2021. Before entering the industry, Kristina engaged in self-study from November 2019 to May 2020, focusing on modern big data analysis and MongoDB.

Earlier in their career, Kristina worked at Klick as a Senior Application Developer from February 2019 to October 2019, as an Application Developer from January 2018 to January 2019, and as a Quality Assurance from May 2016 to December 2017. At Klick, they were responsible for ensuring the quality of various software components, developing automated tests using different tools and languages, and managing junior team members.

Prior to Klick, Kristina worked at Redwave Commerce as a Quality Assurance/Support from February 2014 to January 2016. Kristina was involved in ensuring the quality of web applications, ETLs, and databases, as well as providing support to clients. During their time at Redwave Commerce, they initiated the shift from manual to automated testing and developed a proof of concept using Selenium, Sahi, and C#.

Before joining Redwave Commerce, Kristina worked at TD as a Test Developer from September 2013 to December 2013. Kristina was responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts for the WebBroker platform using Selenium, Java, and PhantomJS. Kristina also integrated these tests with Jenkins.

Kristina's earliest work experience was as a Technical Support at OBIT from August 2012 to October 2012.

Throughout their career, Kristina has gained proficiency in various programming languages, testing frameworks, automation tools, and databases.

Kristina Matiukhina has a diverse education history. In 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate with Honours in Database Application Developer from Seneca College. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued an Advanced Diploma with Honours in Finance, General from George Brown College. Before that, from 2008 to 2012, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Saint Petersburg State University. In 2017, they also attended Island Air Flight School and Charters Inc to study Private Pilot Ground School, although no degree was mentioned.

In addition to their formal education, Kristina has obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they completed a Data Streaming Nanodegree from Udacity. Prior to that, in February 2020, they obtained a Data Engineering Nanodegree from the same institution. In November 2019, they completed the Modern Big Data Analysis with SQL course offered by Cloudera through Coursera. Kristina also acquired the Datorama Admin | Champion certification from Datorama, a Salesforce Company, in September 2019. Furthermore, they hold the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in March 2020. Lastly, they earned the Veeva Super User CLM certification from Veeva Systems in October 2019.
