Catherine Ezzell Joyner

Catherine Ezzell Joyner has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Catherine is currently the President of Ezzell Trucking, Inc., a company specializing in hauling wood residuals. In their previous role as the Human Resources Manager at the same company, Catherine managed the recruiting program and benefits package.

Prior to their time at Ezzell Trucking, Catherine worked at Branch Banking and Trust (BB&T) in several roles. Catherine started as an Associate in the Leadership Development Program and then served as an Associate Internal Auditor. Later, they became a CRA Compliance Analyst, where they analyzed and monitored BB&T's compliance activities. Their final role at BB&T was as a CRA/Community Development Compliance Officer I, AVP, where they assisted in monitoring compliance and developing programs to meet the needs of the community.

Catherine Ezzell Joyner pursued their undergraduate education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Following this, they furthered their studies at Wake Forest University School of Business from 2011 to 2013, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
