Cale Buxton

Cale Buxton is an experienced engineer currently serving as the Switzerland Lead Systems Engineer at the F-35 Joint Program Office, providing engineering leadership for the Swiss F-35 program since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cale worked at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) as a General Engineer, offering technical guidance on sensitive programs, and at the F-35 Joint Program Office in various capacities, including FMS New Business Lead Systems Engineer and SCP/FMS Verification and Test Manager. Cale's background includes technical support for DoD audits at the DoD Inspector General and negotiations for contractor proposals at DCMA, in addition to internships at the US Army Material Command, Pratt & Whitney, and Drexel University. Cale holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University.
