Carter Honesty, PMP, currently serves as the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Training Systems Program Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office since August 2022, focusing on procurement and sustainment for international customers. Prior to this, Carter held various management roles within the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, overseeing international training products and leading integrated product teams for several training systems. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Program Analyst for NAVAIR, where support was provided for the Australia MH-60R Training Program, and as a Field Service Representative with General Dynamics on the IUID Program in Okinawa, Japan. Carter's military background includes significant leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps, managing aviation logistics and maintenance operations and coordinating logistics support for major aircraft upgrade programs. Carter earned a B.S. in English from the United States Naval Academy and an M.S. in Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
