Joseph Neeld is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership. They served as a Supervisory System Engineer in the United States Air Force from 2018 to 2025 and have been the Lead System Engineer for the F-35 Joint Program Office since 2025. Previously, Joseph held various roles including Engineer and EV Segment Lead at DCMA from 2011 to 2018, and Senior Enlisted Advisor in the United States Marine Corps from 1999 to 2019. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Portland State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Applied Systems Engineering at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
