Matt Percy

Matt Percy currently serves as the F-35 Follow-On Modernization Program Manager at the F-35 Joint Program Office, overseeing all aspects of a $2.5 billion modernization effort since December 2017. Prior to this role, Percy was the MH-60R Integrated Product Team Lead at Naval Air Systems Command, managing a $1.2 billion budget and leading multiple teams to enhance the MH-60R Seahawk's capabilities. Percy also held the position of Chief of Staff at the Defense Contract Management Agency in Southern Europe, where leadership was provided to over 70 professionals for efficient contract management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and completion of the Developmental Flight Test Pilot program at the United States Naval Test Pilot School.
