Associate Director For F-35 Executive Operations And Integration at F-35 Joint Program Office

Shea Wood's work experience began in 2007 as a Lifeguard at Sparkling Pool Services. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Student Assistant at Rutgers University. In 2012, Shea had an Engineering Internship at Digital Atelier LLC. In 2014, they became a Mechanical Engineer at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where they worked until 2020. In 2020, Shea joined the F-35 Joint Program Office as a JDRIS Lead Engineer and later took on roles as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and currently serves as the Associate Director for F-35 Executive Operations and Integration.

Shea Wood completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Following this, Shea pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Systems Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, from 2015 to 2018.
