Chelsea Henderson has over 16 years of work experience, with a strong focus on human resources. Chelsea started their career at F.A. Peabody Company in 2004 as a receptionist and advanced to become an administrative assistant in 2006. In 2008, they were promoted to the role of human resource manager. In 2010, Chelsea took on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at F.A. Peabody Company.

Chelsea Henderson, MSHRM, PHR, RPA completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University in the years 2020 to 2023.
