Joe Bash

For Joe, construction is about people – people who envision projects, who design them, who build them, and who ultimately occupy and visit them. From clients and diverse project teams to employees and peers, Joe has the gift of connecting with the people around him while empowering them to think differently and focus on innovative solutions. His people-first attitude is what differentiates him as a great leader.

Being primarily focused in life sciences, Joe deeply understands precision quality and integration. As a strong team advocate, he believes in investing in and supporting others to create a positive and cohesive atmosphere. Joe’s passion for empowering each member of his team is why he’s viewed as an expert in collaborative delivery methods including IPD, Design-build, and on-going Campus Service Agreements. Joe’s forward-thinking mindset is how he stays connected and adapts to clients’ ever-changing and diverse construction needs.

Outside of his work with Wilhelm, Joe’s service of excellence continues with his active involvement in Gleaners Food Bank, and Clothe-a-Child, Tour-de-Cure, and JA Jobspark. Joe is focused on building future generations.
