Jim Lyons has extensive experience in sales and management within the food industry, serving as Retail Sales Manager at F. B. Purnell Sausage Co., Inc. since April 2016. Prior to this role, Jim held multiple positions at Purnell Sausage Co. since July 1984, including Area Sales Manager and Account Representative. Jim's educational background includes attendance at Murray State University from 1980 to 1984, as well as graduation from Shelby County High School.
