Ryan McNichols

Ryan McNichols, MEM, currently serves as Co-owner and Vice President of Manufacturing at F.C. Dadson since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Plant Manager at Titan Industries, Inc. from August 2017 to November 2021. Ryan's career began in the US Navy, where Ryan served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer from June 2010 to August 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, along with specialized training at the Naval Submarine School, the Submarine Training Facility in San Diego, and the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Charleston.
