Rachael Lorden

Rachael Lorden is an experienced Corporate Trainer, currently serving at F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. since November 2021, specializing as a Subject Matter Expert in FSA’s Next Gen Business Process Operations (BPO) and collaborating with various organizations such as the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and South Jersey Industries. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at The NHHEAF Network from September 2012 to November 2021, where responsibilities included Documentation & Process Training Specialist. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, a certificate in Technical Writing from the University of New Hampshire, a certificate in Quality Improvement from the American Society for Quality, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Hesser College.
