Vanessa Tutillo

Vanessa Tutillo has been with F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. since March 2021, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative II in the call center, focusing on DUA Tier 2 support. In addition, Vanessa performs monthly account audits as a Quality Assurance Analyst and assists in maintaining and documenting customer service performance. Previously, Vanessa worked at LaGuardia Community College from June 2018 to March 2021 in multiple roles, including Office Assistant, Campus Ambassador, and Information Technology Assistant. Vanessa holds an Associate of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from LaGuardia Community College, earned between 2018 and 2020.
