Jorge Ulloa is a Project Engineer 1 at F.H. Paschen, focusing on renovations for the Chicago Public School team since June 2022. Previously, Jorge served as a Project Engineer Apprentice at GMA Cons, contributing to a $12 million affordable housing project and enhancing skills in project coordination and estimating. Earlier experiences include internships with various organizations, such as gaining mentorship from civil and mechanical engineers, where knowledge in construction management, site preparation, and engineering tools like Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Inventor was developed. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a high school diploma with an International Baccalaureate from George Washington High School.
