Stephen Burns

Stephen Burns, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Principal and Institutional Portfolio Manager at F.L. Putnam Investment Management Company since November 2025. In this role, Stephen manages investment strategies for endowments, foundations, and non-profits, collaborating with organizations to enhance investment policies and asset allocations. Prior to this, Stephen held various leadership positions at Glenmede from January 2014 to February 2025, including Managing Director and Portfolio Manager. At The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, from 2006 to January 2014, Stephen acted as Investment Officer, conducting comprehensive analytical research and managing high net worth client relationships. Earlier experience includes a research analyst position at The Haverford Trust Company. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in 2006.
