Jennifer Hinkle Phr

Jennifer Hinkle, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer started their career at Yellowbook as a Senior Collector and later moved into the role of Regional Human Resources Assistant. Jennifer then joined Procura Management as an HR Business Partner, where they managed employee relations and responded to outside claims. Jennifer further expanded their HR expertise at BNY Mellon, where they served as an HR Business Partner and supported various business units. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Brown's Companion Pet and Wild Bird Food, and is also the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jennifer Hinkle, PHR, SHRM-CP, attended Penn State University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Jennifer obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2012. In January 2015, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
