James Shell

James Shell has a diverse background in manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as both the Assembly Department Manager and Welding Department Manager at F&P Georgia since October 2018. Previously, James held the position of Assistant Quality Manager at F & P America starting in April 2017 and worked as a Quality Engineer at F&P Georgia from July 2013 to April 2017. James's career began at F&P in May 2008, where roles included Weld Supervisor and Paint Technician. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Shorter University, completed between 2013 and 2014.
