Charlotte Guillou

Charlotte Guillou is the EVP of People Operations & Culture at F-Secure. Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Charlotte started their career at KONE Corporation in Finland, where they spent 18 years in various HR roles. In 2018, they were part of the team that led the finance transformation throughout the company.

In December 2018, Charlotte joined OP Financial Group as SVP of OP Renewal and Agile Coaching. In this role, they were responsible for leading the change of OP adopting agile, self-managed working methods that gave freedom and responsibility to teams.

In December 2019, Charlotte became a Board Member at Opset Oy.

Charlotte has a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Charlotte Guillou pursued a masters in adult education at the University of Helsinki.

They are on a team with Ari Vänttinen - Chief Marketing Officer, Edward Parsons - EVP, Cyber Security Consulting, and Tim Orchard - EVP, Managed Detection & Response. Their manager is Juhani Hintikka, President and CEO.
