Sami Salonen

Sami Salonen currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at F-Secure Corporation, where Sami also holds the position of Director of Cloud Services, leading initiatives in the consumer business related to core cloud services since March 2022. Prior to this, Sami was General Manager and Chief Digital Product Owner at Wärtsilä from April 2019 to March 2022, overseeing a team focused on digital product development and data architecture within the company's service agreement business. Sami's earlier experience includes significant roles at Eniram Oy, where contributions spanned from Product Owner to Researcher, and a tenure as CEO and Software Developer at Verkkotiimi Oy, demonstrating a strong background in software development and digital solutions. Sami holds a Master’s Degree in Control Engineering and Signal Processing from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Science in Automation and Control Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
