Vadim Gaidamaka

Vadim Gaidamaka has over 17 years of experience in IT, currently serving as the Head of Internal IT at F-Secure Corporation since July 2010, where responsibilities include managing internal IT services, stakeholder collaboration, and budget oversight. Vadim has a proven track record of leading global service development teams and overseeing significant projects such as IT service optimizations and cloud transformations. Prior roles at F-Secure included Senior Service Owner and Team Lead, IT Services, along with various engineering positions, where Vadim managed core infrastructure services and drove compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes systems administration and training roles at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution.
