Rosaleen McNeill

Rosaleen McNeill currently serves as a Global Talent Scout at Owkin, a role commenced in February 2024. Concurrently, Rosaleen functions as the Interim Head of Talent Acquisition at F-star Therapeutics, Inc., focusing on biotechnology innovations. Since February 2012, Rosaleen has been the Managing Director at SIRIUS Talent Solutions, specializing in aligning talent management solutions with corporate strategies. Previous roles include Interim Global Talent Scout for Cell and Gene Therapy at Lonza, Interim Head of Talent Acquisition at Kymab Ltd, and Interim Global Talent Scout in AstraZeneca’s Oncology Business Unit. Rosaleen’s earlier experiences include various positions in talent acquisition at AstraZeneca, Gilead Sciences, and Takeda Development Centre. Rosaleen holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Glasgow and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde.
