Natalie R. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design, brand creation, and UX/UI planning. As a Senior Product Designer at F1® Arcade since July 2024, Natalie continues to leverage expertise gained through a diverse career, including co-founding Flashbang Studio in 2017 and serving as its Director, where responsibilities encompass brand development, web design, and video production. Previous roles include significant positions at AllBright, Mindwave Ventures, and Elder HQ, focusing on design solutions for various industries, particularly in health-tech and elder care. Natalie's design journey began with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Ravensbourne University London and includes foundational experiences in digital and graphic design across notable agencies.
