Steve Ely

Steve Ely is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the entertainment and dining sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at F1® Arcade since June 2025, Steve has held various leadership roles including Director of Premium at Levy for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Director of Operations at PLAY Playground. Prior positions include Regional Director of Operations at Flight Club Darts USA, Director of Food and Beverage at Station Casinos, and Assistant Director of Beverage/General Manager at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Additional experience encompasses general manager roles at GameWorks Entertainment, Bellagio, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Steve Ely holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, completed in 2007.
