Ronald Gomez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Captain Waiter at F1 Hotel Manila since December 2012. In this role, Ronald is responsible for planning, forecasting, and executing food and beverage needs, resolving customer complaints, managing inventory supplies, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards while providing an exceptional customer experience. Prior to this, Ronald worked as a Banquet Waiter at Acacia Hotel Manila and Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center Manila, where responsibilities included preparing for operations and conducting staff briefings.
