Katharina Nowak has a diverse work experience in various industries. Katharina currently holds the position of Senior Director of Business Operations at F1 Miami Grand Prix, where they started in August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium from 2019 to 2023, holding roles such as Director of Corporate Partnerships, Account Manager of Corporate Partnerships, Coordinator of Partnership Activation, and Special Events Staff Assistant. From 2018 to 2019, Katharina worked as a Private Events Supervisor at Chicago Cubs. Katharina'searlier experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Event Management Intern at Beach Majors Company in 2017, as well as serving as the Co-Chairman for Philanthropy Event at Chi Omega Lambda Mu in 2016. Katharina also worked as a Public Relations Intern at Zakarin Martinez Public Relations in 2016 and as a Fashion Intern at Vivienne Westwood in 2014.

Katharina Nowak received their Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2019, with a major in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Sports Management. Prior to that, they attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School from 2012 to 2015.
