Devon Gillard has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Devon started their career as a Network Technician at BC School District #91 in 1996 and held this role until 2001. Devon then joined Hitech Business Systems as a Manager of IT Services from 2002 to 2003, followed by a position as a Network Consultant from 2003 to 2006.
In 2006, Devon joined F12.net as an IT Consultant and worked in this role until 2012. Devon then progressed within the company, taking on the role of General Manager - Calgary from 2012 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and branch policies and procedures. Devon also developed and maintained business relationships with customers and business partners.
Following their time as General Manager, Devon became the Director of Client Relations at F12.net from 2017 to 2019. In this position, they focused on upholding the company's culture and brand across all local offices and ensuring exceptional value to organizations seeking long-term strategic IT partnerships.
Recently, Devon has transitioned into the role of CMO at F12.net, starting in April 2019. As the CMO, they are responsible for overseeing the company's marketing and communications strategies.
Throughout their career, Devon has accumulated a wealth of experience in the IT industry, ranging from technical roles to management positions.
Devon Gillard pursued a one-year education program at Novell Education from 2000 to 2001. During this time, Devon attained a degree in MCNE (Master Certified Novell Engineer) with a focus on Networking / Security.
