Babak M.

Babak M. has a strong background in system administration and technical support. Babak started their career as a System Administrator at GENCO in November 2003, where they designed and enhanced databases, provided programming support, and maintained cloud computing systems. Babak also installed and maintained hardware. Babak continued in this role until June 2015.

Babak then joined FedEx Supply Chain in July 2015 as a System Administrator, where they worked until February 2019.

In August 2019, Babak joined F12.net as a Project Technician, and they are currently in that role.

Babak M. pursued their education with a focus on Information Technology. Babak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Programming from IAU (International American University). Throughout their educational journey, they also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In October 2019, they obtained the Microsoft MD100 certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, in September 2022, they attained the WatchGuard MFA certification from WatchGuard Technologies. These certifications have further solidified their expertise in the field.
