Sheris Williams, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sheris began their career in 1997 as a Database Manager/Registrar at Daniel Eke and Associates, P.C., where they were responsible for creating and maintaining relational databases and tracking contract progress. Sheris then joined Aspen Systems Corporation in 2000 as a Specialist III in Meeting Planning, where they focused on delivering business process and technology solutions to government agencies. After leaving Aspen Systems, they worked at The Dixon Group, Inc. as a Meeting Manager, providing comprehensive management consulting services for meetings, conferences, and events. In 2014, Sheris joined Virgin America as an Airport Team Member, a role they held until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in customer service and airport operations. Most recently, Sheris worked at F2 Solutions LLC as a Project Manager, starting in December 2018. Sheris'sresponsibilities in this role are not specified. Prior to working at F2 Solutions, Sheris had an independent planning role where they focused on event registration, meeting planning services, negotiation with vendors, and cost analysis. With their strong background in event planning and management, Sheris brings valuable expertise to any organization they work with.
Sheris Williams, CMP obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Hampton University, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they also hold the Certified Meeting Professional certification from the Convention Industry Council, which they obtained in January 2010. Furthermore, they have obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association in July 2013.
