Mario Marschall

Mario Marschall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at F24 since April 2025, Marschall previously held the position of Director of Operations for EMEA at Open-Xchange from June 2019 to June 2025. In addition, Marschall was the CEO of aquah | incentify from October 2019 to January 2024, and served as CTO at skalex from August 2018 to September 2019, where the focus was on exchange software solutions for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Earlier roles include Head of Operations at PAYBACK, managing Big Data and IT Architecture, as well as various positions at Experteer, eCircle, and Ullrich GmbH, solidifying expertise in IT operations and systems administration. Marschall completed education at Technical School P.J von Reuter from 1999 to 2002.
