Matthew Beilstein

Matthew Beilstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and culinary sectors. Currently serving as a Weapons Based Instructor at F3EA, Inc. since September 2023, Matthew has also been a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy since July 2012. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a High Risk Training Weapons Instructor with Linxx Global Solutions and was part of the Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor school staff at CENSECFOR. In the culinary field, Matthew held the position of Executive Chef at Avi Food Systems Inc. for nearly six years, managing corporate dining facilities, and also served as Chef De Cuisine at Marlow's Tavern. Other notable roles include Hospitality Manager and Executive Sous Chef at Topgolf, and Sushi Chef positions at The Clam House and Kona Grill Tampa. Matthew's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Firearms Technology from Sonoran Desert Institute and a degree in Culinary Arts from Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.
