Nick Ayala is a retired US Navy leader with over 25 years of experience in security operations and organizational safety. They have held various senior roles, including Senior Chief Petty Officer and Weapons Department Leading Chief Petty Officer, where they excelled in team building, strategic planning, and crisis management. Nick is currently a Weapons-Based Instructor at F3EA, Inc. and actively pursuing further education at National University, where they are completing a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Fluent in English and Spanish, they have a proven record of enhancing mission readiness and safeguarding personnel and assets globally.
