Frank Schwartz is currently the Nant'an (CEO) at F3, where Frank serves as the Cultural and Spiritual Leader. Frank also holds the position of President at F3, focusing on driving growth and performance. Previously, Frank worked at Rectangle Health as the National Director of Culture and Communications. Before that, Frank founded LEC Media, a B2B Marketing and Communications Solutions firm. Frank also has experience in the media industry, having worked as a Producer/Editor at WSOC-TV Eyewitness News and as a Promotions & Underwriting Producer at BYU Broadcasting. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Radford University.

F3 is a network of free, participant-led workouts for men that take place almost exclusively outdoors and in the early morning hours. F3 — our three Fs stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — traces its roots to a free, participant-led boot camp workout held on Saturday mornings at a Charlotte, N.C., park since 2006.
