Henrique Friosi

Henrique Friosi currently serves as a member of the International Expansion Team at F3 since December 2023. Prior to this role, Henrique has been with Bayer since July 2018, holding positions such as Project Coordinator in Major Projects & Innovation, BRZ Field Operational Excellence Consultant, and Site Operational Excellence Consultant, achieving significant savings and improvements in operational processes. Notable achievements at Bayer include leading projects that generated over 1MM savings per harvest and more than 20MM in savings during the first three years of implementation, alongside training over 100 individuals in Lean Manufacturing practices. Henrique began their career at Monsanto Company, where similar roles focused on operational excellence and production engineering led to substantial cost savings and enhanced process efficiency. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Management, Controllership, and Corporate Finance from IPOG and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Unic.
