Dawn Gent

Dawn Gent is an accomplished professional with a strong background in sales management, business development, and team leadership within the wellness and fitness industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at F45 Training since February 2022, Dawn focuses on implementing sales processes, managing budgets, and driving membership growth. As a Co-Founder of J&D Wellness Group, Dawn played a key role in launching a successful "Drinks & Yoga" concept in Greater Seattle. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager at Club Pilates and Program Manager at Embody Health, where Dawn enhanced customer service and membership strategies. Additional positions at Seattle Executive Fitness, Mode of Fitness, Vivecorp, Inc., Nancy Adams Personnel, and Land America Title demonstrate a diverse skill set in recruitment, program development, and sales execution.
